Preserved roses are 100% natural flowers that have undergone a preservation process to maintain their beauty and freshness with no need for water or sunlight.
How take care of preserved roses?
Minimum maintenance
With the right care, you can enjoy your natural flowers for months or even years. The natural flowers do not require watering. The only care the flowers requires is occasional removal of dust, ideally with an air spray, or alternatively dusting with a soft cloth.
Care Advice
– Avoid crushing, pressing or folding the petals
– Avoid exposure to humidity above 80
– Dust regularly
– Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
– No watering or placing the flowers in water

Are preserved roses more expensive?
The initial investment of preserved roses is more expensive. However, they last a year … or longer. Fresh flowers last for about a week.
Fresh flowers care and Handling
-Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight or heating.
-Keep your arrangement in a cool area (65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit).

Add a cup of water (tea cup) every other day from the middle into the base of the box.
If needed, re-cut the stems by removing one inch with a sharp knife at a 45-degree angle then place into the water absorbed foam.
Do you accept returns on any flower orders?
Unfortunately, our arrangements are not eligible for returns. Please also note, that your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed. If you have any questions about our return policy or our arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact Letizia’s Exquisite Arrangements.
REQUESTED FOR A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES:
We are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do are best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME:
In the case that the recipient is not at home at the time of the delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provide us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area.
